I created toadhollowstudio.com in 1999 and it has always been devoted to teaching people how to draw.

I'm a teaching artist and the author of Drawing Made Easy: Getting Started and the Discover Pencil Drawing Kit. They are published by Water Foster Publishing.

The people who visit my site are usually beginners who want to learn how to draw, or are self-taught and want to improve their technique. They are interested in what kind of art supplies they need for drawing too.

The part of my website that receives the most visits consists of step by step drawing lessons and reviews of drawing art supplies. I also publish a blog and teach drawing classes from my online classroom. If you place an ad on my site, it would run on all pages except those in the classroom section and blog.

Currently, the main part of my site averages 25,000 unique visitors and 82,000 page views a month. These numbers are steady and slowly increase each year, with a summer season dip in visits.
