Me Drawing
Hello,
My name is Carol Rosinski an I’ve always loved to draw. I majored in art at Ball State University in Indiana and received an Arts degree from there. I currently live in Michigan, USA.
Ten years ago, I built a website called toadhollowstudio.com and devoted it to drawing. In addition to showing my artwork at Toad Hollow Studio, I put several self-paced drawing lessons online which became popular.
A few years ago, an editor at Walter Foster Publications found my website, liked my artwork and my lessons, and asked me to write a book for them. That book is called Drawing Made Easy: Getting Started. Next they created the Discover Pencil Drawing Kit from the book. It includes the main parts of the book and the supplies you’ll need to get started with the techniques I teach in it.
To expand my love of drawing and teaching, I added this online classroom to my main web site. You can take my interactive drawing classes here, and receive instruction and help from me as you learn to draw.

I’ve created drawing lessons for my website and books for over eleven years because I enjoy teaching and know that art classes in public schools have been few and far between for a long time now. If you don't receive basic knowledge of art when you're young, it can make you very unsure of yourself later on.
