The Enchanted Tree

I’ve changed my drawing "time" to the morning and I’ve moved back into a drawing space where I was very productive in the past as suggested in Art & Fear. The results are tremendous so far. I can concentrate so much better in this drawing space and at that time. It’s only been a few days so I can’t say if it is a temporary fix or not.

I’m working on a piece I’m going to call The Enchanted Tree. It’s a miniature drawing and a fantasy piece. I’m not sure there can be such a thing as "miniature fantasy" since miniature standards are based on the ratio of the size difference between the subject as shown in the art piece and reality. None the less, I have created a miniature fantasy piece! (Well – I almost have.)

I’ll post it here when it’s done. Target Date: This weekend.
