I taught a drawing workshop over the weekend and it was a lot of fun! I write about drawing a lot but putting together and teaching a workshop was a little different. I had to get everyone set up, keep an eye on how everyone was progressing, and manage the props while talking and teaching at the same time! I was a little worried that my natural shyness would make teaching a workshop difficult, but I love drawing so much that talking about it was easy once I got over my initial stage fright. To top it all off, everyone was very energetic, eager to learn, and made a lot of progress! I hope I get many more opportunities to teach drawing this way.

I had a major snafu during a software update and some images are missing from the blog. My main site, Toad Hollow Studio, is just fine though.
I'm working on adding the images back to the blog right now.
