After all these years of drawing, I still have to warm-up. I think that’s a little piece of info that beginners, and some of those not so beginner-ish, might not realize. It’s like any skill that takes coordination. You can’t jump out of bed and sing opera beautifully, you’ve got to warm-up your voice first. It’s the same with exercise, too. You have to stretch first. So, if you drew beautifully yesterday and this morning you just can’t seem to get back into the groove, just give yourself a few minutes to warm-up. It’ll come back to you and the muse will sit on your shoulder once more. :)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
